It is recommended to have a complete inspection of your grill every 6 months. Failure to do so may lead to damage of grill components, unsafe cooking conditions and often void your warranty.
These are some of the most common signs indicating that your grill needs maintenance:

Frequently asked questions
How often do I need to order grill maintenance?
It is recommended to schedule maintenance and deep cleaning at least twice a year, every 6 months
Why is it important to maintain my BBQ grill?
Routine maintenance of your BBQ grill is essential to guarantee its optimal performance, extend its lifespan, and prevent damage to its components. It also reduces the risk of accidents and makes your grilling experience safe and enjoyable.
How do I know if my grill needs maintenance and repair?
Signs that your grill needs repairs may include: uneven heating of the cooking surface, lighting difficulty, malfunctioning components (like valves, knobs, buttons, etc.), or if your grill was in constant use without any service in over 6 months.
Can I service the grill myself?
While it’s not recommended to service your grill yourself unless you have sufficient experience, there are some simple maintenance tasks you can and should do to keep your grill intact and functioning properly:
- Clean the grates after every use. This prevents food from sticking and reduces the risk of flare-ups.
- Empty the grease tray regularly. It can collect a lot of grease and debris – a potential fire hazard.
- Check the burners for any blockages or damage, and clean them regularly to ensure proper heat distribution.
- Store the grill properly. When not in use, cover the grill with a protective cover; and store it in a dry, cool place if you don’t plan on using it for 3 months or more.
- Check for gas leaks before turning on the grill by spraying a solution of soap and water on the hoses and connections. If you see bubbles, there is a leak and the grill should not be used until it is fixed.
How do I prevent rust on my grill?
Keep it clean and dry, and use a grill cover. Also, if you order maintenance from our company, we will apply a special high-temperature oil coating that offers increased rust protection and improves the cooking surface’s non-stick properties.
